This session will cover the roll-out of customs IT systems and the capacity of business, hauliers and the customs intermediary sector to implement the new requirements from 1 January onwards. The Committee will take evidence from representatives of the Association of Freight Software Suppliers (AFSS), the UK Association for International Trade (ACITA), the Federation of Small Businesses (FSB), the Cumbria LEP Logistics Sector Pane and Logistics UK. and Logistics UK. The Committee will also hear from HMRC about the development of customs IT systems.
