The International Development Committee’s Sub-Committee on the work of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact (ICAI) examined ICAI's review on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene (WASH). The Sub-Committee questioned the Department for International Development (DFID) on how it can deliver and show sustainable and meaningful impact in this important area.
