Department for International Development Annual Report and Resource Accounts 2010-11 and Business Plan 2011-15

Inquiry

The International Development Committee published its Report into Department for International Development's Annual Report and Resource Accounts 2010-11 and Business Plan 2011-15. MPs from the Committee examining the Department for International Development's (DFID) annual accounts said that the Government’s commitment to channel more UK aid toward fragile and war-torn states will make it difficult to ensure that every pound is well spent and that less aid money is likely to reach some poor countries where it may be able to achieve more.
