Purpose of the Session

The purpose of this session is to consider and take evidence on the following reports of the Independent Commission for Aid Impact: ICAI Annual Report 2014-15, including ICAI's performance over the year and also over Phase One, Follow-up of ICAI Reviews from Years 1, 2 and 3, including how DFID has responded to ICAI, and How DFID works with multilateral agencies to achieve impact. The Committee will question the outgoing ICAI Commissioners and DFID on the lessons learned for Phase Two and DFID's strategic approach to multilaterals.
