The EU has proposed a major package of asylum reform, which has been considered by the European Scrutiny Committee.
The Committee has decided to call the Minister to give evidence on the handling of these important documents and may also raise wider issues about engagement on scrutiny after the EU referendum and broader Brexit implications of some asylum and migration measures under scrutiny.
