4 February 2022
With Northern Ireland political institutions once more in limbo, NIO Minister Conor Burns will be questioned by the Northern Ireland Affairs Committee on the Government’s progress in implementing its commitments under the New Decade, New Approach deal, two years after it was agreed.
The landmark January 2020 deal secured the restoration of Stormont and committed funding for areas including public services, infrastructure, health and transport. Later the same year, the Committee published its report on New Decade, New Approach which called for the deal’s full implementation.
