The Work and Pensions Committee questions DWP Minister Viscount Younger of Leckie and officials in the final session of the inquiry examining the Child Maintenance Service (CMS) and the financial support arrangements for children and young people in separated families.
Questions are likely to focus on DWP’s strategy and objectives for the CMS, the policy on child maintenance fees and incentives, the effectiveness of enforcement and the Department’s assessment of families without child maintenance arrangements.
